Our first NeiZouk experimental event. NeiZouk is a work in progress combining principles of internal martial arts with the dynamics and principles of Brazilian Zouk.
Expect standing meditation to develop internal power and whole body unity, as well as slowly moving through Zouk-inspired forms. This first class is very experimental as NeiZouk is being developed.
